A deep botanical green ikat, finished with a velvet trim at the top and bottom edges. Ikat is dyed in the yarn before weaving, so the pattern carries soft feathered edges; the matte pile of the velvet against that flat weave is a deliberate contrast, and it is what lifts the shade.
The velvet edges absorb light where the cloth transmits it, so the shade finishes on a defined dark line rather than fading out at the hem.

Green Ikat Velvet Trim is built on a universal E27/E14 ring fitting — the standard by which lampshades and lamp bases are matched across Europe. It sits on every Von Norten base, and on most table lamps from other makers, corded or rechargeable. If your lamp takes an E27 or E14 bulb and carries its shade on a ring fitting, this shade will fit it.
Because the fitting sits partway inside the shade, a shade does not add its full height to the lamp. This one adds 10.5 cm:
